Times Most Desirable Women in 2011 Kreena Kapoor recently sparked pregnancy rumours. Rumours suggest that the picture was taken at the airport when she was returning for her Dubai visit for a private check up. The bump is very much visible.
Either is is pregnancy or she went through some kinds of belly surgery.

Size Zero frame Kareena Kapoor said that, the actress isn’t pregnant. “It’s strange how there has been so much frenzy with just a solitary picture floating around. There is no truth to the so-called news and for Kareena it is business as usual.”
As soon as a picture of Kareena Kapoor wearing a casual long t-shirt with a shawl wrapped around her belly was circulated online, rumours were widespread that the actress is trying to hide a baby bump and is pregnant. But, it seems that the stories about her pregnancy were not true.
Kareena is all the more amused about the rumours. However, she is unaffected by them and is all set to begin a marathon shooting schedule planned later this month. ''On 20th February she resumes shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar's HEROINE. This would go on for 25-30 days and Kareena has again confirmed to her director that she would be reporting for the shoot. If she was carrying a baby, she wouldn't have been in any position to shoot for the film'', informs our source.

Meanwhile Madhur Bhandarkar prays for HeroineBefore starting shooting for a new film, filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar makes it a point to visit one religious place in the country.
Just as his second schedule of the controversial film, " Heroine" is set to start, Madhur went to the Golden Temple, Amritsar to seek blessings on Saturday.
Madhur, who is known for his staunch spiritual and religious beliefs said, "Spiritual visits are for the soul and this trip is a part of my regular spiritual dosage. I am rejuvenated and elated to be here. I thank God to have supported me through the first schedule of this journey of making the film."
Ask him about the film that remains one of the few to generate so much controversy even before its shooting started; what with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan being dropped out of the project owing to her pregnancy and being replaced by Kareena Kapoor; and he is very hopeful about the film's outcome. "As I had visualized, "Heroine" is shaping up to be a very contemporary film with a different premise and strata. This film, like most of my other films is a blend of facts and fiction. The film has a larger span, more characters, and costumes... a journey that revolves around an actress's life and the showbiz," he added
